Ozone Applications Engineering and Systems Integration

Many of our new clients approach us because they are unfamiliar with ozone technology and would like someone one to walk them through the basics of ozone applications engineering. Other clients call us because the manufacturer of their ozone generator did not properly integrate their ozone generator into their system. Their ozonator is, therefore, producing too much ozone, too little ozone, or simply malfunctioning. We take ozone applications engineering very seriously. We see the ozone generator not as one isolated unit, but as a part of a much larger whole. It is, therefore, important not only that our ozone generator produce ozone but that it does so in a way that achieves harmony with the rest of your other systems. Proper ozone applications engineering preserves your system’s balance.

The Importance of Understanding the Ozone Application

In many instances we will send a technician or a site engineer on site to perform a site survey and to speak with the facilities operators in order to understand the specific needs of the application. Once our engineers have an understanding of the ozone application, they will produce flow diagrams, drawings depicting the integration of ozone into the existing system, and, of course, a submittal package. While writing these documents and doing these drawings we prefer to remain in close contact with the facilities engineers and operators so that they understand the ozone generation system and so that the system that we design meets their needs in the best way possible. Ozone applications engineering is not a one size fits all procedure. Each facility requires a custom analysis in order to achieve optimum results.

A Hands-On Approach to Relationship Building

We employ licensed professional engineers as well some of the most experienced hands-on technicians in the industry. Our engineers spend the majority of their time on site working with our clients. It is in this way that we can best understand their needs and ensure that their ozone is working for them. In many cases, our clients don’t initially know what they need because they may be unfamiliar with the intricacies of ozone generation. Our engineers and technicians are here to direct our potential and existing clients in the right direction. Developing a relationship allows us to best know how to put ozone to work for the customer. Ozone applications engineering is our specialty. If you have general or specific question about integrating ozone into your facility, please call us so that we can decide if ozone is right for you. We will analyze your system closely and determine which type of ozone generator is right for your specific application, and if it’s not one of ours we’ll tell you, and recommend the right manufacturer.
